Welcome to Wild and Free Holistic Health and Wellness, where our focus is on mental health and well-being through the practice of Yoga. Our highly trained professionals specialize in teaching Yoga with a trauma informed approach. In each class, you will experience a combination of breathing exercises, asana and meditation, no matter what level you may be at. The aim of our classes is to reduce or even eliminate stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and increase your overall sense of well-being.
