Service Description

As with all 'Wild&Free" Karma classes, this free class on the beach,gives everyone a chance to try our inversion class, or to even just participate in healthy living for those who cannot afford to pay for regular yoga classes. Your yoga instructor will guide you through and easy to follow inversion class. Starting with the most basic inversion expressions, your instructor will add variation that can either help you ease into an inversion or challenge your inversion skill.
